Terms of Use
These Terms of Use include important fitness, nutrition, medical, subscription, and liability disclaimers. Please read them carefully before using SuperFit.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SuperFit mobile application (“SuperFit”, the “App”, or the “Service”) operated by KOPCA Mobile (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using SuperFit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
You are also responsible for complying with any applicable Apple App Store, Google Play, device manufacturer, internet service provider, and third-party service terms that apply to your use of the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your country, to use SuperFit. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
SuperFit is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended to knowingly collect information from children.
3. Important Medical, Fitness, and Nutrition Disclaimer
SuperFit is not a medical device, healthcare provider, dietitian, nutritionist, physical therapist, rehabilitation service, or emergency service. The App is intended for general fitness, wellness, workout, diet, and informational purposes only.
The workouts, exercises, diet plans, meal suggestions, calorie estimates, progress tracking, fitness content, wellness content, and any related information provided through SuperFit are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, rehabilitation, physical therapy, professional nutrition advice, or a substitute for consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.
Before starting any exercise program, workout routine, diet plan, meal plan, calorie target, weight management activity, or wellness routine, you should consult a qualified physician, doctor, dietitian, nutritionist, physical therapist, or other qualified healthcare professional, especially if you:
- have or suspect you have any medical condition, injury, disability, pain, illness, heart condition, blood pressure condition, respiratory condition, metabolic condition, diabetes, eating disorder, food allergy, pregnancy, postpartum condition, or other health concern;
- are taking medication or are under medical supervision;
- have been advised to avoid specific foods, diets, calorie restrictions, exercises, movements, equipment, or physical activities;
- are new to exercise, returning after a break, or unsure whether a movement or diet plan is safe for you.
You must immediately stop exercising or following any diet-related guidance if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, nausea, weakness, allergic reaction, unusual discomfort, or any other concerning symptom. Seek medical attention when necessary.
4. Assumption of Risk
You understand and agree that physical exercise, stretching, strength training, cardio activity, diet changes, calorie tracking, weight management, and wellness routines may involve inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle soreness, strain, sprain, injury, aggravation of existing conditions, allergic reactions, nutritional imbalance, dehydration, fainting, or other health issues.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of SuperFit and any workouts, exercises, diet plans, meal suggestions, calorie targets, or wellness content provided through the App. You are solely responsible for determining whether any content, exercise, plan, movement, equipment, food, or diet-related information is appropriate and safe for you.
5. No Guarantee of Results
SuperFit may provide fitness plans, diet plans, exercise content, progress tracking, calorie estimates, and related features. Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, fat loss, improved health, improved fitness, body transformation, medical improvement, performance improvement, or any specific result.
Any estimated calories, workout intensity, progress indicators, meal suggestions, or plan outcomes are estimates only and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your personal circumstances.
6. Diet, Meal, and Nutrition Content
Any diet, meal, recipe, shopping list, calorie, macronutrient, or nutrition-related content provided through SuperFit is for general informational and wellness purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
You are responsible for verifying ingredients, allergens, portion sizes, nutritional suitability, food safety, and dietary compatibility. If you have allergies, intolerances, medical dietary restrictions, pregnancy-related needs, eating disorder history, metabolic conditions, or any health-related nutrition concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any diet or meal plan.
Do not follow restrictive diets, calorie targets, fasting routines, or nutrition suggestions if they are unsafe or unsuitable for you.
7. Use of the App
You agree to use SuperFit only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or exploit the App or its content without permission;
- reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
- use the App to harm, harass, threaten, or mislead others;
- attempt to bypass subscription, payment, advertising, security, or access control systems;
- upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the App’s operation.
8. User Information and Responsibility
Some features may depend on information you enter, such as age, sex or gender selection, height, weight, goals, activity level, workout level, equipment, location preference, meal preferences, or progress data.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and appropriate. Inaccurate information may lead to unsuitable workouts, diet suggestions, calorie estimates, or recommendations.
You are also responsible for using proper form, appropriate equipment, safe surroundings, adequate hydration, suitable clothing, and common sense while exercising or following any wellness routine.
9. Subscriptions, Premium Features, and Payments
SuperFit may offer premium features, subscriptions, ad-free access, personalized workout plans, personalized diet-related features, or other paid content. Available products, features, prices, billing periods, trial offers, and renewal terms may vary by country, platform, store, and time.
Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not directly process your payment card information. Your purchase is subject to the payment, subscription, refund, and cancellation rules of the applicable app store.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date according to the rules of Apple App Store or Google Play. You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the applicable app store subscription management page.
10. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
We may offer free trials, introductory prices, promotional offers, or limited-time discounts. Eligibility, duration, and availability may vary. Unless canceled before the end of the trial or promotional period, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
11. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies. We do not control app store refund decisions. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you should request it through the applicable app store support channel.
12. Advertising
SuperFit may display advertisements to users who do not have an active premium or ad-free subscription. Ads may be provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob. Advertisement availability, frequency, placement, and format may change over time.
We do not guarantee that advertisements will always be available, relevant, error-free, or uninterrupted. Premium or ad-free access may remove ads while your subscription status is valid and successfully verified.
13. Third-Party Services
SuperFit may use third-party services, including but not limited to Firebase, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play. These services may be subject to their own terms, policies, data practices, and technical requirements.
We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, errors, data practices, payment processing, subscription processing, advertising decisions, analytics processing, or store policies.
14. Intellectual Property
SuperFit, including its design, software, features, content, branding, graphics, text, workout structures, app layout, and related materials, is owned by KOPCA Mobile or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
15. App Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, remove, or limit any part of SuperFit at any time, with or without notice. We may also change features, content, pricing, subscription offerings, advertisements, or availability.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with your device, or free from bugs, crashes, data loss, or service interruptions.
16. Privacy
Your use of SuperFit is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and process information.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SuperFit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, safety, suitability, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that workouts, diet plans, meal suggestions, calorie estimates, exercise instructions, or any App content will be safe, suitable, accurate, complete, effective, or appropriate for you.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KOPCA Mobile, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use SuperFit.
This includes, without limitation, damages related to personal injury, physical injury, illness, allergic reaction, nutritional issues, emotional distress, lost data, lost profits, subscription issues, device issues, app errors, service interruptions, third-party services, advertisements, or reliance on any content provided through the App.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KOPCA Mobile and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to:
- your use or misuse of SuperFit;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of any law or third-party right;
- your exercise, diet, nutrition, health, or wellness decisions made in connection with the App;
- any information you provide through the App.
20. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to SuperFit at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the App, attempted to bypass access controls, or created risk or harm to us, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time. Subscription cancellation must be handled through the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play subscription management tools.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
22. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Depending on your country or region, you may also have mandatory consumer rights that cannot be limited by these Terms.
