KOPCA Mobile (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the SuperFit mobile application (“SuperFit”, the “App”, or the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information when you use SuperFit.
By using SuperFit, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
2. Important Health, Fitness, and Nutrition Notice
SuperFit provides general fitness, workout, wellness, diet, meal planning, calorie tracking, and related informational content. The App is intended for general wellness and fitness purposes only.
SuperFit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, injury prevention advice, or professional nutrition advice. The information in the App is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, physician, dietitian, nutritionist, physical therapist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
Before starting any workout, diet plan, meal plan, calorie target, exercise program, or wellness routine, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you:
- have any medical condition, injury, disability, food allergy, eating disorder, pregnancy, heart condition, blood pressure condition, metabolic condition, or other health concern;
- are taking medication;
- are under medical supervision;
- have been advised to avoid certain foods, diets, exercises, movements, or physical activities.
You are responsible for using your own judgment and stopping any exercise, meal plan, or diet activity if you feel pain, dizziness, discomfort, weakness, shortness of breath, allergic reaction, or any other concerning symptom. Seek medical attention when necessary.

The types of information we may collect depend on how you use the App.
3.1 Information You Provide or Generate in the App
SuperFit may allow you to enter or generate information such as:
- name or nickname;
- age;
- sex or gender selection used for workout content personalization;
- height, weight, and body measurements;
- fitness goal, activity level, workout level, preferred workout location, and focus area;
- workout progress, completed exercises, workout duration, estimated calories, selected plans, and activity history;
- diet plan progress, meal preferences, shopping list interactions, and completed diet days;
- language and app preferences;
- support messages or feedback you send to us.
Some of this information may relate to your health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness preferences. We use this information to provide app functionality, personalize workouts and plans, track progress, improve user experience, and respond to your requests.
3.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, certain technical and usage information may be collected automatically, including:
- device type, operating system, app version, and language;
- approximate region or country based on device or network settings;
- app interactions, screen views, feature usage, and performance events;
- crash logs, diagnostic information, and error reports;
- advertising identifiers or similar device identifiers, where allowed by your device settings and applicable law;
- subscription status and purchase-related identifiers processed through app stores and RevenueCat.
3.3 Payment and Subscription Information
SuperFit may offer paid subscriptions, premium features, or in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.
We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details. Purchase and subscription status may be processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, verify purchases, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and provide premium access.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information for the following purposes:
- to provide and operate SuperFit;
- to personalize workout, plan, diet, and app experiences;
- to save progress, preferences, and app settings;
- to provide premium subscription access and restore purchases;
- to show advertisements to non-premium users;
- to measure app usage, performance, and reliability;
- to improve features, content, user experience, and app stability;
- to respond to support requests, privacy requests, and feedback;
- to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, technical issues, and policy violations;
- to comply with legal obligations and store platform requirements.
5. Third-Party Services We Use
SuperFit may use third-party services that process data according to their own privacy policies and terms.
5.1 Google Firebase and Firebase Analytics
We may use Firebase and Firebase Analytics to understand app usage, app performance, user interactions, and technical diagnostics. Firebase may process information such as app events, device information, app instance identifiers, and analytics data.
5.2 Google AdMob
We may use Google AdMob to display advertisements to users who do not have an active premium subscription or ad-free access. AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interaction data, ad interaction data, and related information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and compliance.
You may control personalized advertising through your device settings, Google settings, Apple App Tracking Transparency settings, or other privacy controls available on your device.
5.3 RevenueCat
We may use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, app user identifiers, subscription status, transaction information, device information, and related data necessary to validate purchases and provide premium access.
5.4 Apple App Store and Google Play
If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Their privacy policies and payment terms apply to your purchase.
6. Advertising and Tracking
SuperFit may display ads to non-premium users. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings, consent choices, region, and applicable law.
On iOS, where required, you may be asked for permission before the App or third-party advertising partners track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites. You can change tracking permissions in your iOS device settings.
On Android, you can manage or reset your advertising ID and ad personalization settings in your Google settings, subject to your device version and region.
If you purchase or activate an ad-free premium subscription, advertisements should no longer be displayed while your premium status is active, subject to technical availability and successful subscription validation.
7. Health, Fitness, Diet, and Sensitive Information
SuperFit may allow you to enter information such as age, height, weight, body-related details, fitness level, activity level, diet preferences, workout progress, or wellness goals.
We use this information to provide app functionality and personalization. We do not intend to use this information to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
You should avoid entering highly sensitive medical information into the App. Do not use SuperFit as a medical record, emergency tool, or professional healthcare service.
8. Data Storage and Retention
Some information may be stored locally on your device, such as app preferences, progress, workout history, diet progress, profile settings, or cached content.
Certain information may also be processed by third-party services such as Firebase, AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google, depending on the features you use.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, maintain subscription access, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve the App, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms.
If you uninstall the App, locally stored data may be deleted from your device, but information processed by third-party services may remain according to their own retention policies.
9. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or allow processing of information in the following situations:
- with service providers that help us operate the App, such as Firebase, AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google;
- to process subscriptions and in-app purchases;
- to display and measure advertisements;
- to analyze app usage and performance;
- to respond to legal requests or comply with applicable laws;
- to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the App, KOPCA Mobile, and others;
- in connection with a business transfer, merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
10. International Data Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. By using the App, you understand that your information may be processed by us and our service providers in different locations.
11. Your Choices and Rights

- update or delete certain profile and progress information inside the App, where available;
- reset app data by uninstalling the App or using available reset features;
- manage ad personalization through your device settings;
- manage subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play;

12. Children’s Privacy
SuperFit is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage, transmission, or processing is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, app store account, and any account or subscription access used with the App.
